Take these and put them on a table siude by side, I found these in Chad's article Build your own HFT program, and it makes sense to mix the high fatigue wit the low fatigue exercises, producing a combination to within a ceratin degree of fatigue (eg: do not mix two exercises that rate 10 each, rather mix one that rates 10 with a 3 or a 4).
i do either do deads and rows or deads and chins excellent combo imo.i wouldnt worry about pairing up as long as i do not go to failure i can manage anything.after all its not ment to be easy.
I think it depends on how heavy you are deadlifting. At least for me, I just don't feel like doing rows or anything else off the floor after heavy deadlifts. Doing chins after deads seems to loosen the back up.
