So I finally finished my 2nd cicle. This week SD and after Easter I'll start my 3rd cicle.
Results after 2 cicles:
From 16/11/2007 to 16/03/2008
BW 65,5Kg (+2,9Kg)
BF 15,4% scale (+1,4%) [plico: chest 8mm; belly 14mm; thigh 10mm; BF 11%]
Waist 81cm (+1,5cm)
Chest 100cm (+1cm)
Thigh 54cm (+1,5cm)
Calf 33,5cm (+1cm)
Arm 29,5cm ( +0,5cm)
I got a lot of fat during the first two weeks of 15s of 2nd cycle, probably two many calories. I improved the diet during the two cycles but it isn't still good. Next cycle will be better, I'll adjust calories each 2 weeks, more or less: 30Kcals during 15s, 36Kcals during 10s and 5s
