my tendons in the shoulder (beginning of bicpes tendon) is inflamed...because of this i took 4 weeks off training
started again low - still hurt, mostly when doing benchpress and dips (chest is my weakest part anyway - praise the lord)
however - still hurt
took another 4 weeks off - lost allready 15lbs (praise the lord - the gain of 2 cycles)
body fat turns into the 18 % region (praise the lord - did i say that again?)
however, started again training this week with 15s
AND IT freakin dang STILL HURTS
what the hell shall i do?
?? it cant take that long to heal...?! any thing i can take to make it heal faster?
