Instant Milk

I made comments clear here, but got persuaded that it wasn't the best idea. So I have gone back to Primer and Driver, which I am sure is for the best.

But I still mix dried skim milk, splenda and flaxseed oil in my Primer :D I bought the stuff I gotta use it for something.

I think I'll stick w/ N-Large II, and wait hopefully for the price of Prime+ & Drive+ to drop

), don't forget about the carbs in milk. I don't know about you, but I follow the "guidelines" from the FAQ and delay carbs ~1 after WO...
 
That's why I began adding it to my Primer and not driver
