Insulin sensitivity, blood test results

Got some results from a recent blood test, and am curious if anyone knows how to interpret to determine my level of insulin sensitivity & reaction to carb intake.

Here are some pertinent numbers, along with the (low-high range):

Glucose 91 mg/dL (70-110)
Bun 20 mg/dL (7-23)
Creatinine 1.1 mg/dL (.8-1.3)
Bun/Crea Ratio 18 (8-20)
Triglyceride 101 (30-150)
Testosterone 595 NG/DL (241-827)

Any ideas??

Hi, Your response to carbs really can't be determined by these tests. It's good that they are all in range, but they're not of any help. A fasting Glucose tolerance test would be the way to go. Basically you fast for around 10 hours and then drink a glucose based drink consisting of 50 or 100g of sugar (??) Then they draw your blood a half hour or so later to determine your response.
