Doing my first HST cycle.
Attached is a spreadsheet with what I am doing, modified with suggestions from other members of this forum, regarding exercises, reps, etc etc, posted excel so you can modify for yourselves, get ideas if you are new (took me a lot of reading and time to try figure out what others are doing), or just leave as is.
I listed the exercises in order of what I find most difficult, I do the hardest first.
Won't draw any final conclusions until I am done with first cycle. One thing is for sure, I am hungry as hell, Need to cut back on eating at this point, I am 15 lbs heavier in 3 weeks.
