This is embarrassing, but what the heck . . .
I'm trying to keep my calories up (around bw x 16), but I am crapping like 4 – 5 times a day - no lie.
I don't eat junk food, so it is all coming from fruits, veggies, whole grains, good fats, and lean proteins. But man, I am spending half the day on the toilet. I feel like all those extra calories are just going to waste, literally.
Has anyone else experienced this?
