Lenghtening the SD

So, if ive stretched (whole body 5 times) during the SD and done aerobic training 3 times 40mins a time, should i lenghten the SD from 12 days?
Strecthes have been 3*30-60sec and the aerobic with bike but not intensively.
Ive done HST before may times but havent been satisfied with my results. Want to get this right this time.

-EDIT- Last cycle i did 5's/negs for over 4 weeks.
 
i sent blade a mail about the stretching. He said that strecthing was ok during sd.
 
I'm a big fan of extending sd.  If you've been training for a long time, I think its necessary, and particularly since you did so much heavy lifting last cycle (lots of 5s and negatives), you will need the extra time off if you're going to start with light loads again.
 
I routinely take 16-17 days off and then start back with the 2nd week of 15s.  With this routine I am sore from day 1 all the way through to the end.
