Macronutrient distribution

What's your macronutrient distribution? I'm wondering if there's any optimal distribution or is the only "rule" that you have eat enough protein?

At the moment I'm eating 45/30/25 (carbs/pro/fat).
 
There may be an optimal distribution for your body, but IMO I do not think it matters. What matters is that those carbs and fats you eat are of low GI and mostly unsaturated fats with EFA's. Having a high amount of protein is obvious.
