I never knew magnesium was this important!
 
Mixed nuts are an excellent source of magnesium. I eat 1-2oz a day depending on bulk or cut. Also I take ZMA and a multi. I think I am pretty well covered for magnesium.

Its pretty safe to say that it is good to have enough or a slight surplus any of the known vitamins/minerals. It is of course always nice to see exactly how they help or what they prevent.

Also note that magnesium gets depleted in people who exercise routinely/vigorously.
 
Taken about a half hour before bedtime, magnesium helps produce a good night's sleep (it also makes cool looking wheels...).
