what are your thoughts on bulking and cutting cycles? i have had good results the past 2 cycles w/out counting calories and just roughly getting maintenance calories each day. do you think it's possible to continue to make good gains on maintenance calories or will bulking and cutting eventually be necessary for me? also what are your thoughts on carb cycling as a means for recomposition? any better than the same amount of calories, but w/out carb cycling?
