Is anyone here familiar with John Berardi's Massive Eating program, and more to the point have you tried it and how did it go? For those not familiar with the diet its a high calorie bulking diet where you eat low carb meals before training, and high carb low fat meals after training to produce insulin when its most anabolic. I note that John has just revised the program (he calls it Massive Eating Reloaded) in response to early critiscism of the original plan. It seems on the surface that this is a carb cycling program that may be useful for carb sensitive individuals because it is dictated by the training that you do, rather than the other way around and thus it may work well with HST.
