Ater reading the studies on the frequency doc i was under the impression that the max stim frequency recomendations of 2 x a week were based on better strength gains alone, rather than hypertrophy. thanks for clearing that up.
its a pity that none of us are millionaires who could donate some cash to run specific studies that would clarify the issues of best hypertrophy/strength. oh well if i ever win the lottery i'll be in touch !
