The wife had a consultation with her Oncologist following her PET & CT scans and things are not going in the direction we want so was rather an emotional day for her.

Training will probably be a bit intermittent over the coming days depending on the other halfs emotions on the day.

I’m so, so sorry Mick. Be well, my friend - as well as you can be.

Thanks @_tim, we are off for a week in the Lake District next week, should be a pick me up for her although anything over a 10-15 minute walk is getting taxing for her so will be a nice chilled and relaxing week

Average Weight - 170.0lbs / 77.111kgs - up 0.6lbs / 0.272kg

Average Weight was calculated over the last 7 days - 170.0 / 169.4 / 169.6 / 171.4 / 169.8 / 170.0 / 169.6

Average daily calorie intake based on last weeks body weight (169.6 lbs)

Nett (after cardio) 3,046 (x17.98)
Gross (before cardio) - 3,168 (x18.70)

Cardio - for consistency anything over 35,000 steps in a week will be logged as cardio, for every step over that figure 0.05 kcals will be deducted as cardio (this is assuming 2000 steps = 1 mile of walking and 100 kcals burned), should I do any running or cycling this will be logged separately - this week was 17,083 steps over

Average daily macros (c/p/f are from food only)

carbs @ 42.47% (336.32g)
protein @ 28.77% (227.82g)
fats @ 25.40% (89.39g)
alcohol @ 3.37%

Holiday pretty much cancelled as missus admitted into hospital with infection which appears to be a kidney infection due to a kidney stone partially blocking a tube, as if she hasn't got enough to deal with. They should be performing a nephrostomy today (assuming that her platelets are high enough following her blood and platelet transfusions) and that will keep her in for 5 days and then they will insert a stent and at some point they will then have to deal with the kidney stone.

Ah mate... Am so sorry to hear of these recent troubles... it's never easy, really hope she's okay, and that you are too. Yeah when it's one thing after another it can get a bit overwhelming.. I've been taken to emergency 5 times within a span of 3 or 4 months recently this year, and I could only really take it day by day as answers eventually came and things normalised. So I can only offer that, to take it day by day and moment by moment
