Started to get pain in my heel in my right foot during the day on Monday (felt fine when front squatting but not walking about) and on waking on Tuesday morning the pain was horrendous, have not knocked it or anything like that. Looks like high doses of Ibuprofen will be required.

Started to get pain in my heel in my right foot during the day on Monday (felt fine when front squatting but not walking about) and on waking on Tuesday morning the pain was horrendous, have not knocked it or anything like that. Looks like high doses of Ibuprofen will be required.

Right foot improved over the day as went for small walkabouts (2-3 minutes) every 60-90 minutes as this seemed to improve the feeling, initially hurt to walk but once a 100 or so steps it seemed to ease, went for a mile walk in the evening and again it seemed ok, still a bit of pain but nothing like earlier in the day.
