Minimum amount of Reps

Damn....thats why I failed math.

Yeah I prob should slow my reps down some!

I got injured a couple of year ago...I had to result in low weight and very slow movements with perfect form and believe it or not some of my best gains came then...so I would say TUT matters.

Oh by the way...glad you are back on the boards, you must of had a lot of free time..hehe.
