Missed a day

Ok, well it WAS christmas afterall, but it was the first W/O of my second week of 10's and I just plain missed it.Should I continue today with THAT (the missed w/o?)or wait another day and just continue with the second w/o of the week with the appropriate weight jump?And just pretend(?) thsat I did the one yesterday?Hope this makes sense I can explain more if it's too vague.THANKS!

Continue today, then rest on wednesday. Train on thursday and saturday, then have a short weekend (1 rest day) and begin on monday again. Thats what I would have done.
 
Oh that's easy. What were you going to do yesterday? Do it tomorrow or whenever your next planned workout day is. So your training cycle will last an extra day...big deal. I hope your Christmas day was a happy one spent enjoying your family and friends. It's OK to have a day off now and then. Just get back on your normal schedule and call it a rest day.
