I don't know if there are any pros and cons that are of importance other than will you grow faster that way or not. If the load is light enough, you can certainly train everyday if not more. If the load is too heavy you will experience overuse/inflammation issues in your joitns and at the insertion/origins.
If you look at the research there is little difference in training frequency between 2 and 3 times per week with a slight advantage to 3 times per week according to Wernbom (he did the review).
