My cycle, tweaked, comments needed!

Use a leg press for calf raises. You can even do unilateral assisted negatives that way: two legs to raise the load, one to lower; alternate legs until well done.
I think Arnie used to get several women to climb on his back for donkey calf raises? Not sure that was actually very effective but def worth a try if you can find the volunteers.
 
I do A/B upper/lower splits as well, and I love it. Fits my schedule well and my workouts aren't terribly long.
Here is what my workout looks like.

Fly's are low weight and higher rep, super slow movement. (My upper pecs have been neglected).
I don't go with the theory that tri's and bi's and abs get enough of a workout from a compound point of view so they all get 1 set.
Lunges and flutters aren't for mass gain but form and definition.
I workout at home with free weights so for safety sake, I do the hacks and don't work to failure on the presses.
