My experience with CLA.

I've been taking 8g of CLA every day for about 4-6 weeks. I've noticed that I don't seem to gain weight (muscle or fat) as easily anymore... This makes it a little tougher to progress in the gym, but I do love this effect overall.
This is consistent with what somebody else said about CLA, but I really wonder how healthy this could be.
Anyone else?

I think I noted that same effect on the board quite a while back. I used it over a long period of time. I neither gained nor lost weight. I used it during a seven-day cruise during which I expected to gain a little weight, but I didn't put on an ounce.

I quit taking it because -- like you -- I noticed that I not only didn't put on fat, I didn't add muscle.
 
Dont worry about eating CLA. Only thing what it will danger is your bank account...besides there has not been solid proof that it even works.
 
Jon, your post was exactly the one I was thinking of! Thanks for the reply.

I haven't looked at the research in a long time, but I wonder if those studies looked at the sorts of doses (6-10g/d) that's recommended here.
