Hey fellaws. Thanks for previuos replies to my posts. They have clarified some of my questions.
So now i am ready to start HST-HSN. However, I have some questions regarding proportions of Carbs, Proteins and fats. I followed the article in the FAQ section and came up with a balance ofaprox)
25 % Proteins
53 % Carbs
22 % Fats
Althougth I know not every regime works same for everyone, I am wondering whether someone with more experience in HSN than me could tell me whether this could work. My goal is to increase LBM. I am 5'7/150 pounds and my body fat is somewhere in the 13-15% neighborhood.
Also, is there a difference between meltodrxtrin and dextrose??.. or can i use dextrose for both pre and post shakes...
