My first HSN diet

Hey fellaws. Thanks for previuos replies to my posts. They have clarified some of my questions.

So now i am ready to start HST-HSN. However, I have some questions regarding proportions of Carbs, Proteins and fats. I followed the article in the FAQ section and came up with a balance of:(aprox)

25 % Proteins
53 % Carbs
22 % Fats

Althougth I know not every regime works same for everyone, I am wondering whether someone with more experience in HSN than me could tell me whether this could work. My goal is to increase LBM. I am 5'7/150 pounds and my body fat is somewhere in the 13-15% neighborhood.

Also, is there a difference between meltodrxtrin and dextrose??.. or can i use dextrose for both pre and post shakes...

If you followed the "eating for size" guidelines you should have a solid diet to pack muscle, dont worry about %s too much and dont forget to add EFAs (fish oil and if you have money CLA).

Yes you can use dextrose in both pre and post.
