Ok heres the HST routine i think i will be doin. - Squat - SLDL - Calf Raises - Bench/Dips - BoR/Chin Ups - Military Press/Rear Lat Curl - EZBar Curl/Incline Hammer Curl - Lying Triceps Ext. I will be doin 15, 10, 5 and 5 rep scheme (no partner for negs) and just figured out my maxes last week so i know the weights i will be using. Will be using 5-10lbs upper baody and 10-20lbs lower body increments. Will this be fine? The exercises seperated with the '/' means i will alternate that exercise each time, e.g shoulders - mon - MP, wed - RLC, fri - MP etc. Also what order should i do the hst workout in, i'd think doin the main exercises first and things like calf raises last, im not to sure on the order, if you could help there cheers. After this i will be looking to the nutrition side to get that in order next, then i should be set for my cycle? Thanks!
