Any generous souls here willing to share their full upper body workout Iroutine? I don't have anyone to help me and reading web sites that suggest different exercises for different muscles didn't help me in putting together a workout program. It doesn't have to be sophisticated.. I am planning to build the torso. If you have some kind of excel spreadsheet or word .doc, I would really appreciate if you could share your exercise routine. I am a beginner. 6"0, 167 pounds.
