Neutral grip chinups

One of my favorite variations of chins is with a neutral grip, shoulder width (or even slightly closer) apart.

This, along with a dip stand, is something I've been looking for for years. The only thing I could think of offhand is to weld two small metal bars to the chinning bar that's part of my squat rack, but that seems a bit...I dunno, drastic.

Suggestions/links/whatever welcome :p

My first ones were made of short (6") metal pipes with skinny rock climbing rope strung through them and over a pullup bar or something similar. However, the ropes eventually got frayed from the sharp metal edges. I suppose metal cable or thin chain would have worked better.

However, my next ones which I prefer were the handles I bought from an exercise equipment store. The handles were the ones that you attach to cable pulleys in the gym. You can buy ones with swivelling grips and (maybe) fixed grips. I used carabiners to hang them from the metal pullup bar.
