New HST cycle

I think I'll begin my new HST the next week.
I haven't undestood the progression for my two different full bodies.
It's ok:

1week: A 80%- B 80%- A90%
2week: B90%-A100%- B100%?

and the same for all repetition range?

I knew the progression : 75-80-85-90-95-100
but if I have to finish the HST in the correct time it't impossibile do this with two full bodies!
