Hi There, i have been researching the principles of HST for some time now and am beginning to write up a cycle. I intend on doing: 15s 10s 5s 5s (no partner for (negatives) All at 2 week cycles. I will be doing 3 times a week with an A B split. Here's what I've come up with: A: Squat Leg Curl Inc Bench press Shoulder press Shrugs palms in pulldown calf raises DB bi curls tri extention (cable) B: Deadlift Leg Curl Dips Shoulder press DB LAT raises BB Row calf raises DB bi curls tri extention (cable) What do you reckon? I hope the results match the philosophy cos it sounds great!
