NON-HST a bodypart

Hey all. I got HST on the line, at the end of SD right now.
I'm having a problem HST-ing legs... Since this time around I quit the gym and am only excercising at home. So there is no theoritically possible way of doing 5s or even 10s max at home... 15s... close to max...
So I decided to drop legs tottally. As in... only excercise them once a week. Regular style after the HST trainings...
Mind you... I don't want my legs to get any bigger, they're even disproportionally bigger than the other bodyparts...
So what i'm asking is... Will this be enough to keep them from deflating like balloons alongside HST? Or anything I should keep in mind?
