Hi everyone... been a while since I've posted here!
My mom and I were talking about my workouts, and she mentioned that she's been taking a shot of Noni juice in the mornings for energy and to clean her system out.
She says it's absolutely disgusting and makes her want to stay in bed, but that she also feels great (she's always energetic though...)
Does anyone know if this stuff's for real? Sounds like Snake Oil to me, but maybe it's got a few good antioxidants and omegas?
