Nutrition During SD!

Let's say I plan to SD for 2 weeks.
Should I continue to eat the way I have been eating during my HST bulking cycle?

Or do I decrease the calories down to maintenance, keeping the protein intake the same as before?
 
If you don't adjust for the lower activity level you will most likely put on fat during your SD.
 
I did SD a few weeks ago after 5 weeks of UD diet/excersize- I had to go out of town for work and ate the typical 3 meals a day- I found it actually more difficult to only eat three a day , since kinda conditioned to not eat large portions...the meals were the regular processed, refined types however I didn't notice any significant changes to fat, weight.

Of course I was eating poorly for only about 4 days out of the 12 SD's then returned to a 1500 cal maintenance diet for remainder.

I definitely wouldn't recommend eating saturated fats and high glycemic carbs the whole SD period though-

Why waste all that hardwork you just logged in?
