Opinions on my daily diet/routine

Hi,

Wanted to get your opinions on my current diet schedule, its not too strict but is in general as follows....

For background info I weight 71kg, have been making good gains, +3.5kg over 3 cycles, bf measured at 9.8%.

8.00am 2 slice wholemeal toast and peanut butter. Skinny mocha.

10.30am Creatine

10.55am Protein Shake

11.00am HST Workout

12.00pm Protein Shake

12.15pm ~150g pasta ~120g chicken

2pm Yoghurt or Rice pudding ~9g protein 15-40g carbs

5.30pm 2 boiled eggs

7.30-8pm Evening meal, somekind of meat, no carbs.

And thats it.
