ordering hs:ap sets from germany

hi all,
I am a new HSTeen from germany, just finished my first cycle last friday, HST seems to be the right for me. On the next cycle I want to support my body with supplements and would like to try the HS:APS, but it seems to be difficult to order them from germany since I have no creditcard. How can I make it?

Hi njuwb,

I'm German, too. I wouldn't even advise you to order by credit card if you had one as long as the site you're ordering from is outside the EU. Shipping/customs charges might get more expensive than the actual product!

If you look for cheap and still palatable protein powder, go to www.c-of-c.de. Although this stuff is almost certainly of lower quality than the HST products, it will still do the trick, and save you some money as well.

I don't know how long you've already been training before switching to HST and what your aims are, but if you are a relative beginner not aspiring to become a competitive bodybuilder, you should still be able to make good progress with HST and a clean diet alone. Of course, the occasional protein shake might help a bit ;)

mhh,

another problem seems to be, that I react with something like an acne when consuming proteinshakes, but this fact can rely on the products I consumed before. My first HSTcycle was absolutely supplementfree and it worked (+2kg = 4,4lbs), but I want to support my next cycle with proteinshakes and the one following with creatine + proteinpowder, although I get around 75-150g of protein from the real diet.

BTW: I am pumping since Nov'01.

njuwb,

if you get around 2 grams of protein per kilogram BW with your normal diet, you should be fine concerning protein intake.

There is not much reason to add heaps of protein powder on top of that (except maybe pre- and post- workout), rather try to get in some quality carbs and fats (i.e. veggies/fruits/whole grains, unsaturated fats from olive oil, flax oil and fish oil). That might be healthier for your skin as well.

The main reason protein powders are so popular seems to be that they're quite convenient: liquid meals can be prepared almost instantly and won't bother you if you had them shortly before your workout.

If you're still fairly young (you said you were a teenager) and been training only for one and a half years, hard training and good nutrition are infinitely more important for good and lasting progress than supplements. Do not just think about looking good at the pool this summer - make it a lifetime project. The older you get, the bigger the rewards, I can assure you of that.

Sorry if I sound like an old geezer - "Ratschlaege sind auch Schlaege" ;)
