Osteoarthritis in hip

    I have a major issue with my left hip...doc says it's arthritis. Squats, leg presses, extensions and curls put too much pressure on the joint making the ache much worse. Any idea about what an old fart can safely do to prevent excessive muscle mass loss in my thighs?

  2. It can make the ache worse, but not the joint itself. Use resistance that allows you not to increase the pain for several hours afterwards.
