please critique my HST routine

Include dips for your chest and that will then complete the workout!

You can do as you propose as that is fine, just remember compounds are always better for moving bigger loads, but iso's have their place!

Tweak as you go along and see how it goes, for now don't worry about perfection!
 
Should I continue to do rear delts considering I will be doing flat bench and incline dumbbells? It looks like my front delts will get worked more than my rear so should I "balance" it out? Thing is I dont want to do too many exercises...
 
I don't really see anything wrong with that, although some of the rows, like long cable rows will do that.

I personally like the rear lateral raises.
