Popping in shoulder joints

I am very surprised no one has mentioned Trigger Point Therapy.

I had severe impingement and torn rotator cuff problems in both shoulders. It was a result of behind neck presses and poor form in dips. My orthopaedic surgeon recommended a MRI and suggested a few rotator cuff exercises. He was even considering surgery at one point. Months later I was in the same condition.
Then a friend online suggested I read this book. It changed my life. All my workouts now are pain free. I strongly recommend you guys get hold of this book. It's a must in every bodybuilders arsenal. It's not quackery and have enough science behind it to warrant your attention.
Most remedies only cure the symptoms - such as painkillers etc. Trigger point therapy removes the root of the pain and will definitely help you recover from injuries (and even prevent them to a good extent).

Good luck!

do you really need to train the subscapularis for rotator cuff injuries, isnt the subscap an internal rotator and thus strong enough?
