Routine is attached, but requires some explanation (ignore the traditional HST structure): I workout daily using the prescribed weights. I warmup by performing a few reps with the original weight, then incrementing up the ladder until I reach the prescribed weight. I do 1 set per exercise, making sure to stay a few reps shy of failure. I stay on the prescribed weights for a 1 week period, then increment to the next weight. Once I hit my max weights, I decondition for a 2 week period. Lather, rinse, repeat. This is a rather unique setup, so I was hoping to generate some thoughts.
