If you do split workouts are you giving your body more opportunity to use protein for building muscle during pre and post protein intake as opposed to regular workouts? If so, how much of a difference will it make?
The whole idea behind split routines or 2x a days or whatever you choose is to get the benefit of two "windows" for pre and post WO nutrition. It talks a little about this in the FAQ.
I know that I have read something that discusses this either in the FAQ or Articles section, but I cannot seem to find it at this late hour. If anyone knows where it might be, please help.
