Protein Content in "Salty Cheese"

i was just taking an innocent stroll in the supermarket, when i accidentally noticed this "mediterranean cheese".
this stuff looks amazing.

cals - 90
18.5g protein
0.5g fat
2.9g carbs

what is the casein:whey ration in this cheese ?

Is that cheese common at all supermarkets (Jewel specifically?)?

I'd love to add cheese to my eggs, beef patties, etc. But i don't want to add so many calories from saturated fats. We buy american cheese in my family, but if that cheese is common i might have to pick it up next time i'm buying the goods.
 
i honestly don't know where you guys could get it.
it's an israeli brand called "Tzfatit" (tzfa-teet) by "Tnuva" (tvnoova).
i'm not sure if they export, but i could ask ?

i must correct myself

Tzfatit is not Mediterranean Cheese

i'm not sure what its English name is, but Tzfat is the name of a city in israel, where they make it.
 
It's described as a soft, mild tasting sheep's cheese with a low melting point. I would suspect that any decent kosher foods store or health food store would carry it.

This is very interesting info and would like to try some as an alternative to cottage cheese.

Just in the regular cheeses section yeh? I'm in Australia, having trouble finding it - yeh it'll be here, but where?!?!
