This question will seem a bit redundant or even stupid for most of you but here goes nothing...
I'm currently taking about 1g protein for each pound of body weight. So far so good.
Considering that during SD, anabolic transformations and protein synthesis occur in a much lesser degree, wouldn't it be acceptable to reduce protein intake during this period?
Just wondering if it's worth sometimes the effort (not many times) of achieving our minimum 1g/1lb every single day...
