Okay, in this it says how increased levels of protein will, in the end, allow for greater synthesis and thus, gains in muscle tissue. Basically, anyway, right?
So what's with the whole "Eating For Size, Diet/Nutrition" FAQ that says 15-20% total calories from protein is ideal?
There's too much controversey on this stuff.
