I'm just interested in learning the training techniques you guys are doing. I'm thinking about using them for my second HST cycle and was hoping use could point me in the right direction for things i could read to gain a better understanding of it.

From what I've gathered so far. Is that you aim for a certain amount of reps, rather then sets.
So i assume use still adhere to incremental change in workload aka
75%
80%
85%
90%
95%
100%
Monday Wednesday Friday
(This is just a default example for simplicity sake)

So does that mean you find 75% of your 15rm of an exercise then rep it out as many times as you can (stopping short of fatigue by 2 or 3 reps). Then follow this process for maybe 2 or 3 sets to hit your target rep count. I'm not sure what the recommended rep count is.

This is my current understanding of it. So would be great if use could shed some light on this for me.
