Question of timing

I am in the middle of my SD and was planning to go back to training on Monday.

Quick question, and it may be no big deal but I have found out that I will not be able to work out on Friday. Should I:

a. work out Sun/Tues/Thurs this week? Doing so would cut my SD to 8 days.

b. work out Mon/Wed/Thurs. Will that be adequate recovery? I am doing sort of an ABABA routine so most of the exercises will be different from Wed to Thurs.

I am leaning toward B. Thoughts?
