Question

Yes, I start my 15's with 405, but you're right LOL, I'm not quite that heavy, I was 225 when I did it. I did feel like I was 405 when I finished though.

If you don't have a squat rack, then you can do front squats and full squat cleans until you do.

Slightly OT:

Liege: when you start 15s with 405 how much warm-up do you do for that?

I am SDing right now (after my calf went pop) but when I get back to the gym in a few weeks I will be using reasonably heavy stuff for my first workout (assuming calf a lot better). In the past I haven't really bothered with warm-ups for 15s but now I think I will.

As I'll be doing SLDLs with 225 at the start I'll probably warm up with 135 for 10 reps first.
