Quick Question

I have read through the post workout article on nutrition, But I was just wondering what you guys do in terms of post workout nutrition. In terms of immediately after your workout - up to an hour after your workout. I usually get a carb drink straight after then go home and have a protein shake then about half an hour after that have carbs+protein for example tuna buttys. Is this right???

Matt, what you're doing sounds right. Since you asked, I drink juice right after I lift, and when I'm bulking, I'll drink a protein shake as well. Being a Yank, I'm scratching my head over "tuna buttys" though :confused:

"Tuna buttys" - I eat a tin of tuna and make some sandwiches with them with brown bread for carbs.
