Sure. Originally I said: increased tension is as important as microtrauma. Tension is what causes microtrauma in the first place. It's not like microtrauma can happen all by itself, without working out. I think you may have gotten confused at some point.
 
Those are two different statements. What you originally said is incorrect. Your second statement is correct. Enough time wasted on silly BS! Class dismissed!
