Hi everybody old and new members, young and not so young, Kate, Blade Bryan and everybody else from back in 2002.

Everything OK?

Started last monday with my 12th cycle HST.

The 11th one I ended in APril 2004.

Ever heard of deconditioning TWO YEARS??

Anyway , good luck to everybody:HST is still the way to go.

Wow... two year SD. I bet you're excited to get back into it. Did you try any other training programs since then? If not, then have you lost muscle?

If that's the case, then you should be experiencing quite some gains this cycle!
