Return to HST Roots (5th cycle)

wk 6 day 1

1) squats: 210 ibs
2) incline bench press: 180ibs
3) barbell shrugs: 210 ibs
*4) alt dumbbell curls : 17.5 kg (substitue from ez curls)
5) close grip benchpress: 210ibs (smith)
6) standing calf raises: 260 ibs x 5 x 3

i was in terrible condition today, this is all i could
manage, with spotter & struggling. those power
movements u din see like press & deadlifts, i simply
can't proceed. will do them in my last workout on fri
before SD starts... body is really taking a beating not
to mention lack of sleep & food (bad mistake again but
life just has its ways of creeping up on u)

been 3 days since i last trained on mon.
decided to start my SD on tues (acutally e
thought came in wed nite) cause i figured
i'm only training nxt time on fri & it's like a
neither here or there thingy. + my workout
on mon sucked. so might as well....

A six week cycle isn't too bad, but at least you can take some time off and analyze how your 5th cycle went. The fun part is planning your 6th cycle!

i realised that i could only do an xtra 2 wks only in my 1st cycle. e subsequent cycles e loads although were increased prob 5 or 10ibs, somehow I can't / dun really wish to carry on.

fun planning my 6th cycle??? er stressed out now actually.

if i carried on with e straight exercises, i think
i'll hit plateau point in strength. if i plan a a/b split
it's back to drawing board, &amp; i only got e wkend to
do it!!! arrhhhh.....
