Funny, since doing T-bar rows strict full ROM my shoulders feel awesome. No benching pain, and no other shoulder pre-hab stuff needed.
But its also likely that all that shoulder pre-hab stuff I did in the recent past really helped my shoulders get balanced and now the strict rowing is simply maintaining the balance.
Just thought this would be useful info.
