scheduling issues...consecutive days?

hi all,
is it ok if i workout on tues, thurs,fri?...i cant do alternate days(mon, wed, fri) due to scheduling issues:(...i will recovery be sufficient?...and wat if i workout thurs afternoon then friday morning?...is there anyway to make hst work?...my goal is mass muscle gains! thanks all

would like to throw in another question.
if i cant increase the load( due to lack of equipment), wat shall i do instead?...increase sets?...
eg, db deadlift. so i do 3x10 w 2 19kg dbs, since there isn't a heavier db, could i do 4x10...time consuming though...
