is it ok if i workout on tues, thurs,fri?...i cant do alternate days(mon, wed, fri) due to scheduling issues
...i will recovery be sufficient?...and wat if i workout thurs afternoon then friday morning?...is there anyway to make hst work?...my goal is mass muscle gains! thanks all
