Just doing a PubMed cruise and came across the following study where they suppressed testosterone production and measured the effect upon strength gains. Test Suppression Their conclusion:

"We conclude that endogenous testosterone is of paramount importance to the adaptation to strength training."

Gee, who would have thought?

Heheh, no need to clik THAT link, eh? Similarly, British scientists this week did a study to determine for sure or not that laughter is contagious. Go figure. I wonder who paid for THAT scenario?

So true. But it also tells us that even mildly low testosterone as is fairly common and have a significant effect on your training.

(Old) Age is a disease best cured by testosterone enanthate!
